Sunday 28 November 2010 - Market Buys

This morning from Blacktown Markets I bought:

1 Grey T-shirt "Nike" $4

The markets were full of stalls however it started to spit with rain so they all covered up with plastic sheets. Even when the rain stopped I couldnt find anything to buy. I dont think I was in the right frame of mind this morning.

Normally after Blacktown I go to North Rocks Markets but knowing what whimps they are (if it evens looks overcast they pack up) I decided not to go so I drove to Baulkham Hills Stockland Mall for a coffee and newspaper.

I also went into Harris Farm Markets and bought:

Mangoe's $4 a bucket
Strawberries 3 punets for $5

I got 6 punets but she only charged me for 3, I didnt notice this till I got home otherwise I would have corrected her silly mistake.

Sunday 21 November 2010 No Market Buys

I didnt make it to the markets today as I stayed up the central coast looking after my sister's kids.

I managed to spend just a much money though buy shouting them to meals all weekend.

I did however still buy a bargain, after McDonalds this morning the kids and I went into a bike shop where I bought Nick a bike helmet at the sale price of $15 down from $55.

3 Mango's for $5
Grey T-shirt (Industrie) $5
Rash Top (Ripcurl) $5
White Polo Shirt (Billabong) $5
2 Lacoste Polo Shirts for Work $80

And from North Rocks Markets I bought:

Painted Dragon made from Wood $10

Notes:

* The Lacoste shirts were normally $100 each, the guy said he closed his shop and selling his stock below cost price. He was selling for half price but I managed to get an extra discount of $10 per shirt to $40 each.
* I got the dragon down from $15 to $10
* The Ninetendo case has Mario on it and Patrick is really into Mario stuff now.
