This morning I went to both Blacktown and North Rocks Markets but mostly picked up bargains that I am going to re-sell.

Sunday 26 June 2011 - Preston Markets

Today I ran a stall at Preston Markets with a friend(markets professional) and picked her up on the way. This means I was up at 4:20am, that's right 4:20am so I had the alarm on shock mode. (really loud)

This was bigger then Blacktown Markets. We got there at 5:30am and were along way down in the growing queue which went into 3 rows in pitch black. We were later told it was at full capacity.

Despite all the competition I had a great day selling which means I have hit the target buyer.

Sunday 15 May 2011 - Selling at Markets

This morning Vanessa and I had a stall at North Rocks Markets. It was an early start with the alarm going off at 5:10am and we were in the casual stalls queue till about 6:15am. We were number 25 in the queue.

I had always wanted to hold a stall at North Rocks and really enjoyed the experience but quickly learned you have to talk people into buying something they probably dont really want, considering I didnt want it anymore either.

I didnt bother going to North Rocks Markets as I slept in and it was raining yesterday so most people dont bother going there on wet weekends.

Vanessa and I were going to run a stall today at North Rocks but as it was raining yesterday we decided to cancel as it involves waking up at 5:00am so we are going to try again next week.

My car reached a milestone of 88,888km so I had to take a picture.

I'm told the number 8 is very lucky for the chinese.

Blacktown Markets reopens on the 9 January 2011

This morning I went to North Rocks Markets and bought nothing !!!

There were less then 20 stalls and I couldnt find anything to buy. Over the last week I had done a clean out therefore I think I will be fussy this year as I have enough dust collectors already. I have too many Panda Bears too.

Happy New Year everyone.

I have been off work this week and feel like I have slept the week away. I was really burnt out.

Tennis got cancelled this afternoon due to the heat so having the need to get out of the house, I went and got a full body chinese massage. They really dig in too make you hurt. The best part was the leg and head massage (very relaxing).
